"Egesta" by Aldo Viola is a white wine made from 100% Grillo grapes that macerate on the skins for at least 6 months. The nose espriem hints of citrus, candied fruit, Mediterranean and mineral notes. In the mouth it is sensual, enveloping, slightly tannic with a very long finish. A juice of Grillo grapes in only 1200 bottles.

Krimiso is a white wine made from Catarratto grapes, macerated on the skins for about 5 months in steel tanks. The nose is harmonious and complex, with notes of sage, anise and citrus fruits. In the mouth it is enveloping and fresh; characterized by an elegant and marked minerality, flavor and light tannins.

O... is an orange wine obtained from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon. Maceration in contact with the skins for 3/4 months. The aging continues in 25/35 hl oak barrels for about 40 months. No clarification or filtration or use of sulfur dioxide throughout the winemaking process. Oslavje is a wine with a slightly coppery golden color. The nose is complex, persistent, with hints of fruit, in particular apple and dried fruit. On the palate it has a broad, mineral taste and at the same time slightly tannic and elegant.

The “Selva di Sotto” by La Staffa is a fine and harmonious white wine, with a strong and refined personality, the result of the vinification of a particularly suitable Verdicchio cru, planted in 1974, and of a chat between Riccardo Baldi and Carlo Pigini, already director and oenologist of the Colonnara winery in Cupramontana. A Verdicchio that was born inspired by ancient traditions, in which no sulfur dioxide is added during the production process and the must is left to cool with the ancient technique of decanting air. Vinification and aging take place in concrete tanks.

Nekaj is a rich and structured wine made from Friulano grapes from the vineyard on Monte Calvario, just outside Gorizia. After fermentation, it refines first for 23 months in large barrels and then in bottle for 6 months. It has a golden yellow color tending towards amber, with an intriguing nose of ripe fruit that ranges from apricot to tropical fruit. On the palate it is structured and elegant, with a subtle tannic texture with a very long finish.

Montemagro is a white wine that takes its name from the Monte where the vineyard is located. Lean precisely because of the composition of the dry and poor soil, where Durella found its environment. "Uis Blanc Dodon" by Denis Montanar is an intense and structured macerated white wine that comes from a blend of Friulano, Sauvignon and small quantities of Pinot Bianco and Verduzzo. The color is golden yellow in color with orange nuances. On the nose it expresses itself on aromas of dried fruit, citrus fruit peel, and honeyed notes. On the palate it is complex, fresh, with light tannins and very long.

Le Marne's Gavi Oro is a wine produced with Cortese grapes that come from a 30-year-old vineyard located on a calcareous clay soil positioned 350 meters above sea level. The refinement on the fine lees for a long time takes place first in cement and then in the bottle. The slight over-ripening in the plant combined with the prolonged permanence on the lees gives a wine with great mineral expressiveness and surprising aging potential. Golden yellow in color with elegant aromas of yellow fleshed fruit, aromatic herbs and strong minerality. In the mouth a wine of structure and good balance with a nice acid texture. Closes long.

Vitovska "Solo MM18" by Vodopivec comes from the selection of the indigenous grape variety that grows on rocky soil. "Valentini's Trebbiano d'Abruzzo is a complex and opulent wine, which has become famous for its incredible longevity. It is produced with extreme care, starting with the rigorous selection of the grapes during the harvest. The grapes are then taken to the cellar, and after de-stemming the fermentation is started in large wooden barrels, only through the intervention of indigenous yeasts.
