"Gino" by Fattoria San Lorenzo is a white wine made from Verdicchio grapes. Aging in the same tanks for 6 months on the lees. It is the simplest of the Verdicchi di Fattoria San lorenzo but offers incredible drinkability. The color is straw yellow with a fl oreal nose on a citrine-saline note. In the mouth it is fresh and balanced. Go down and don't notice.

The "Morus Alba" by Vignai da Duline is a white wine of great personality obtained from a blend of Malvasia istriana from Duline and Sauvignon from Ronco Pitotti, spontaneous fermentation as in the style of the vintners and aging in barriques and used tonneaux. Franco Terpin's IlLegal is a wine macerated on the skins made with "I don't know" grapes that come from an unknown vineyard. Nur is a splendid wine obtained from a selection of white grapes. Refines in used small-size French oak barrels for about a year. Nur has a splendid golden yellow color in the glass. The nose recognizes hints of aromatic herbs, licorice, rhubarb, notes of undergrowth and honey. In the mouth it is warm, soft, balanced, with a moderate acidity and a subtle vein of tannin that does not disturb. Excellent persistent finish.

The Piana dei Castelli Bianco is a wine made from local white grapes that come from vineyards that grow on volcanic soils rich in tuff and iron. It is a straw yellow color. The “Selva di Sotto” by La Staffa is a fine and harmonious white wine, with a strong and refined personality, the result of the vinification of a particularly suitable Verdicchio cru, planted in 1974, and of a chat between Riccardo Baldi and Carlo Pigini, already director and oenologist of the Colonnara winery in Cupramontana. A Verdicchio that was born inspired by ancient traditions, in which no sulfur dioxide is added during the production process and the must is left to cool with the ancient technique of decanting air. Vinification and aging take place in concrete tanks.
