Le Oche is a white wine made from Verdicchio grapes. Aging for 18 months on its own yeasts in the same tanks. Straw yellow color with a nose that expresses beautiful fruity notes, notes of broom and touches of minerality. The freshness and flavor are remarkable in the mouth. Soft and balanced, it closes along with the classic note of bitter mardorla. A great white that has become a reference for the denomination.

Savagnin by Domaine de la Renardiere is a wine pleasantly marked by intense and complex oxidative notes, powerful both on the nose and on the palate. Aged, as tradition, in barrique scolme, with voile presence, for 48 months. The nose is rich and complex, with hints reminiscent of dried fruit, spices and undergrowth. On the palate it is full-bodied, enveloping, of good freshness and excellent persistence

Esencia Rural De Sol at Sol Airen Rancio is an orange wine with an oxidative style, obtained from Airèn grapes. It has an amber yellow color with orange reflections in the glass. Oxidation plays the leading role in the nose, but also notes of dried fruit, aromatic herbs, spices, salty touches and bird's notes play an important role. On the palate it is dry, with an excellent body, with good freshness and salinity, but its incredible persistence remains.

Les Copain Des Copain is a macerated wine that comes from a blend of Gewurztraminer, Riesling, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Nero, Chassesal and Sylvaner. Spontaneous fermentation with 38 days maceration in steel. Aging in steel on the fine lees for at least 6 months. No filtration or clarification.

Nekaj is a rich and structured wine made from Friulano grapes from the vineyard on Monte Calvario, just outside Gorizia. After fermentation, it refines first for 23 months in large barrels and then in bottle for 6 months. It has a golden yellow color tending towards amber, with an intriguing nose of ripe fruit that ranges from apricot to tropical fruit. On the palate it is structured and elegant, with a subtle tannic texture with a very long finish.

I Vicini Moscato by Jean-Yves Peron is a complex, deep and mineral wine, made from 100% Moscato grapes. The grapes come from micro-plots located at the confluence of the Arly and Isère rivers, 600 meters above sea level, in the Conflans region, Savoy, where soils made up of shale and limestone predominate. After the manual harvest, the clusters, once in the cellar, are spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts in wooden vats with 3 weeks maceration. Refine for a year in old barriques, no added sulphites, no filtered or clarified

The Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Eichenberg by Pierre Frick is a wine whose grapes come from the Eichberg vineyard which is facing south-east at an altitude between 220 and 340 m. The soil is essentially made up of calcareous conglomerates and Oligocene marls. This vineyard, at the foot of the three castles, is sheltered by the slopes of the Vosges and enjoys a particularly dry and warm microclimate, as rainfall is the lowest known in the Colmar region.

Franco Terpin's IlLegal is a wine macerated on the skins made with "I don't know" grapes that come from an unknown vineyard. Pinot Grigio from Slavcek is an intense and structured wine macerated on the skins obtained from the grapes of the same name. Aging in barriques for 24 months in contact with the fine lees. Copper-colored, the nose opens on intense hints of ripe yellow pulp fruit, with a nice mineral and herbaceous hint. In the mouth, the sip is large and full-bodied, with a nice acid and sapid vein. Harmonious and persistent finish.

Timorasso di Oltretorrente is a rich and full white wine obtained from the grapes of the same name. Oltretorrente's philosophy is to produce it with spontaneous fermentations, no maceration on the skins or manolactic fermentation in order to preserve the acidity and freshness of the wine. Aging on the skins for 8 months in steel tanks At the anso it gives fruity and floral scents that evolve into hints of goudron and flint. Malvasia by Damija Podversic is an elegant and complex wine produced with Istrian Malvasia grapes from the Gradiscutta vineyard. After fermentation, it ages in large barrels for 23 months and rests in the bottle for 6 months before being sold. A wine with a golden yellow color tending to amber. On the nose, bursting aromas of candied fruit, honey and mineral notes. On the palate it is soft, aromatic, savory with a long and pleasant finish.
