Daniele Piccinin's Larion is a fresh wine with an irresistible sip composed of Chardonnay and Durella which come from the vineyards of Ceng iel le, Ceng iel le alte, Pollini bassa, and Verzini. The vinification takes place with maceration on the skins for the Chardonnay, while the Durella is pressed directly. Subsequently, the Durella ages in wood while the Chardonnay remains in steel on the suspended lees all the time. It is a wine that presents a notable richness of aromas ranging from ripe fruit to floral nuances, from dried fruit to spicy notes. At the sip there is a marked flavor, excellent acidity given by Durella, and good structure and minerality.

The Vin De France Blanc by Matassa is a complex and elegant white wine obtained from a blend of Macabeu and Grenache Gris which has a golden yellow color with an explosive nose of white fruit, spices and flint. On the palate it is fresh, three-dimensional and elbowing with a long finish.

Ageno is an intense macerated white wine with an eighty personality from a blend of local white grapes. It is an amber colored wine due to the long maceration on the skins. The nose is very aromatic and powerful with hints of red berry fruits, apple and spicy notes. On the palate we perceive its beautiful fleshiness, tannins and freshness.

Villa Job's "Guastafeste" is a wine macerated for 2 months on the skins in wooden barrels, made from Pinot Grigio grapes. Aging in mulberry barrels and one year in the bottle. Savagnin by Domaine de la Renardiere is a wine pleasantly marked by intense and complex oxidative notes, powerful both on the nose and on the palate. Sacrisassi Bianco is a soft and fragrant wine, intense and powerful, obtained from a blend of Tocai Friulano and Ribolla Gialla. It ages for 22 months in barriqeus and tonneaux. Deep yellow with slightly golden reflections. Almond and hazelnut, ripe white fruit, intense and persistent floral aromas draw an olfactory picture of great grip, engaging and suggestive. Even on the palate the taste is full, decided without being excessive in its generous exuberance. Dry and dry as fat and opulent. Powerful and enveloping, it closes in a very long finish thanks to the pronounced sapidity and overflowing freshness.

Savagnin "En Chalasse" by Labet is a white wine obtained from the indigenous Savagnin jaune and vert vines, which come from vines planted in 1989 and 2003 which are located on the blue marls of the Lias. Spontaneous fermentation of the grapes and maturation in used barriques and always filled for 18 months. Fleur de Savagnin has a deep straw yellow color. The nose is rich in ripe yellow fruit, buttery and toasted notes. On the palate it is warm, elegant with good freshness and a long persistence with notes of dried fruit and salty tones.

Patchwork is a blend of Chardonnay from numerous small parcels, harvested by hand. The process takes place with whole bunches, followed by partial fermentation in steel and wood for about 9 months, with subsequent maturation in small woods. Malolactic, carried out to soften the powerful acidity, helps create a complex profile. It is an unfiltered and unclarified wine, which presents notes of citrus such as grapefruit on the attack, followed by hints of pastry and buttery due to aging in wood, giving a denser texture. The balance between the freshness of the citrus and the richness of the pastry makes it versatile: excellent both as an aperitif, even with oysters, and paired with white meats such as chicken.
