Terpin's Quinto Quarto Bianco Sivi is a macerated white wine based on Pinot grigio. The nose has intense aromas of macerated fruit, citrus peel, and notes of spices, resin and acacia honey. Cumalè is an excellent white wine from Fiano and Trebbiano. Aging on the lees for 6 months 80% in steel and 20% in oak. "Scapulin" is a white wine made from Chardonnay grapes that is produced following the style of Burgundian whites. Terpin's Quinto Quarto Bianco is a macerated white wine that expresses the magnificent Collio area in a genuine and sincere way. Valli Unite's Derthona is a wine made from white grapes from the company's young vineyards. The harvest is manual with selection of the bunches. Spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts. Aging in steel tanks continues. Throughout the winemaking process no sulphose is used. Valli Unite Derthona is straw yellow in color. The nose recognizes the typical hints with a note of yellow pulp fruit. In the mouth it is ready, savory, well balanced by acidity, with a good finish.

The Pigato by Rocche del Gatto is a white wine obtained from careful vinification with skin maceration of Pigato grapes from vineyards that rest on clayey and rich in iron soils. It is vinified as if it were a red berry wine fermenting for three weeks in contact with the skins in order to make it acquire the maximum organoleptic characteristics of the grape. After fermentation, a long stay on the noble scum follows.Pigato has a golden yellow color due to maceration. The nose is intense and fresh, with fruity and floral notes. Kaplja is a white wine of strength and personality that comes from a blend of Chardonnay, Friulano and Istrian Malvasia grapes. Refine and rest for 23 months in large oak barrels. Marne Bianco is a white wine made from 100% Cortese grapes that come from vineyards with an average age of 15 years. Fermentation and aging take place in cement tanks. Ribolla Gialla by Damijan podversic is an elegant and full-bodied orangewine that comes from the grapes of the same name that come from the vineyard located on Monte Calvario, just outside Gorizia. After fermentation, it ages in large barrels for 23 months and rests in the bottle for another 6 months before being put on the market. An amber-yellow colored wine with a complex nose of ripe fruit, hints of almond paste and resinous balsamic. On the palate it is powerful with excellent acidity and elegant tannic texture.

The Rincrocca” by La Staffa is obtained from the best Verdicchio grapes coming from the Castellaretta district vineyard which was planted in 1972. The grapes are meticulously harvested by hand and after destemming and careful pressing the grapes are fermented spontaneously in tanks of concrete. After racking, it ages for eight months in the same containers. “Rincrocca” is a structured but flowing, elegant, fresh wine with a long, slightly savory finish.

The Not di Paraschos is a macerated white wine made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes from the Slatnik vineyard located on marly-clayey soil. On the nose sensations of candied and dried fruit with honeyed notes. In the mouth it is structured, dry, warm with a pleasant freshness and light tannins.
