Vino bianco 000202024 by Marco Merli is a wine that is produced using a blend of white grapes that come from vineyards bred with biodynamic methods and grow on clayey-limestone soils. JNK's Rebula is a macerated white wine obtained from the homonymous grapes which grapes come from vineyards that grow on soils made up of alternating layers of marl and noble clays. Terpin's Chardonnay is a white wine macerated on the skins produced with the grapes of the same name that come from the oldest vineyards located on land composed of ponka. Aging in wooden barrels. V For Vittorio is the wine that Ennio and Mena wanted to dedicate to their son Vittorio. Made from white grapes. The hand-picked harvest is painstaking, only the perfect bunches enter the cellar. Fermentation is spontaneous, entrusted only to the yeasts present on the peel. Maceration on the skins in an open vat for 8 days. Then the refinement continues for 10 months in steel tanks. It is not filtered or clarified and no sulphites are added before bottling. V For Vittorio has a golden yellow color. On the nose hints of yellow fruits emerge, with notes of exotic fruit. On the palate it is fresh, well-structured and well balanced. The finish is long and persistent.

Verduzzo di Bressan is a white wine with great personality and expressive power that ages on the fine lees in barrique for about 8 months. It is a rare interpretation of dry Verduzzo. PerlaGioia is Ancarani's entra wine. The grapes used are local white grapes which are harvested in several stages in the vineyard so that the first starts with spontaneous fermentation and the last is harvested with more mature grapes. Aging on the lees for 3 months and decanting in cement vats to clear the wine. Rest in the bottle for 3 months before being put on the market. No filtration. The nose is delicate with notes of white and yellow flowers of hawthorn and broom, light citrus smells and officinal herbs. On the palate it is dry, mineral and with good flavor. Final that gives us a slight tannins.
