The Varron Chardonnay by Domanine Buronfosse is a white wine made from grapes that come from 70-year-old vineyards located on clayey-limestone soils. Whole bunch vinification with spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels with indigenous yeasts. Aging for 18 months in the same barrels.

Fritz Salomon's Gruner Veltliner Wachrein is a fine and fragrant white wine made from the grapes of the same name. Lo Amo Macerato by Tenuta Belvedere is a white wine macerated from Pinot Grigio grapes. The grapes come from vineyards grown organically which are found on clayey and calcareous soils. The harvest is done manually, and once the grapes arrive in the cellar, they are de-stemmed, pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts without temperature control with a 14-day maceration. Aged for 9 months in acacia tonneaux and then after bottling for 4 months in bottle.

Alsace AOC Pinot Gris "V" Macération by Pierre Frick is a rich and complex macerated white wine produced from Pinot Grigio grapes that come from the famous Vorbourg cru. It has an amber color. Jakot is a white wine macerated briefly on Friulano-based skins. The grapes come from vineyards located among the beautiful hills of the Slovenian Brda and bred by Janko Stekar in a biodynamic regime. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel tanks with a very short maceration on the skins in order not to make the sip too heavy. Refine in acacia wood barrels.
