Pecorino Machaon by Ausonia is a fresh and lively white wine that is made from grapes that come from the oldest vineyards of the company. The Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Apollo of Ausonia is obtained from the grapes of the same name from the oldest vineyards of the company. Its aging takes place for 6 months in steel. Riesling Maceration is a white wine that is part of the Origin line, five varieties of white grapes (Sylvaner, Auxerrois, Riesling, Muscat and Gewürztraminer) that undergo maceration in contact with the skins for a period ranging from 10 to 20 days to depending on the grape variety.
