WHITE WINES

SKU: HWE002

The Piesporter Goldtröpfchen Kabinett by Julian Haart is a taut white, with sharp acidity, crisp and consistent structure. The grapes come from old vineyards located on the steep “Goldtröpfchen” slope, already considered in legendary times one of the best terroirs of the Moselle. Whole bunch fermentation and aging in traditional 1000 L wooden fuders. It's a shame about the very limited production because its wines are a real delight.

Himmel auf Erden White Grande Cuvée by Christian Tschida proves to be a white wine that captures the essence of a unique terroir. With 70% Grüner Veltliner, 20% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Furmint, this blend comes from a careful selection of grapes, each with its own distinctive characteristics. Fermentation and maturation take place in large barrels, allowing the wine to develop aromatic complexity without overpowering its fresh and vibrant profile. The reworking of the label in 2022, curated by the young Viennese graphic designer Barbora Keherova, brings a touch of modernity and freshness to a wine that already celebrates tradition and excellence.
