The Castagna Francesca Farm is located in Monteforte d’Alpone, in the province of Verona. An insolent wine is only the result of an insolent idea, insolent is a family project that has its origins from afar, from the passion for life, the community, nature, the territory, and so wine is only a natural one. consequence. Behind this project we find Luca Elettri, advertising, but also a great connoisseur of the world of natural wines. Luca to the third generation of winemakers, decides to give it a cut with the past and to make wines that reflect the territory. Vineyards of about 50 years treated in a natural way with grassing with specific essences, green manure, attention to trampling, and biodynamic preparations. In the cellar we pursue with the same creed, spontaneous fermentation with pied de cuve from the grapes, no temperature control, no filtration and sulfur only in bottling when necessary. All this gives rise to the "Insoltente" range which varies from refermented in bottles, to reds, to sparkling whites for a total of 25,000 bottles in total.
