Trait d'Union by Il Pendio is a quality sparkling wine made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noirand Pinot Blanc grapes. The refinement of the base wine takes place in steel for a year on the fine lees while the second fermentation lasts 60 months. The remuage is manual bottle by bottle. A straw yellow colored wine with fine and persistent perlage. On the nose there are hints of bread crust, ripe fruit and mineral notes. In the mouth it is fresh, taut and elegant.

The Metodo interrotto Brut Nature Rosè by Furlani is obtained using a bledn of red and white grapes that come from old vineyards that grow on soils of calcareous origin.
