Les Vignes de Trelou Blanc de Noirs by Tristan Hyest is a Champagne resulting from a cuvée obtained from 60% Pinot Meunier and 40% Pinot Noir. To the 2018 vintage, which constitutes approximately 70%, 30% of reserve wines from the two previous vintages are added. "Les Vignes de Trelou" has a fine and persistent perlage. Aromatic and mineral on the nose with notes of cooked white pulp fruit. The flavor is fresh and lively, pleasant and long-lasting. A very limited number of these bottles are produced, around 750 per year.

Maurice Choppin's Champagne L'Age Et La Raison is born from an assembly of Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, which come from old vines planted on a terroir with a strong presence of limestone in the village of Damery. Spontaneous fermentation, wood processing of the base wines, and 36 months of aging on the lees in the bottle. Champagne that on the nose veers on notes of flowers and herbs as well as a classic crust of bread; in the mouth it is fresh, with hints of exotic fruit, creamy and mineral. Dosage Extra-Brut.

The grapes come from vineyards grown in a biodynamic regime, located in the municipalities of Ambonnay and Bouzy. Refine for a period between 3 and 4 years. A champagne with a fine and very persistent perlage. On the nose the aromas are of great elegance and complexity, with hints of candied fruit, notes of exotic fruit and custard. On the palate it is full-bodied, creamy, with a very pleasant freshness. Long and persistent finish.
