The Cremant d'Alsace by Domaine Durrman is a complex and crunchy wine made from a blend of Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Pinot Gris. The grapes are hand-picked as usual and in the cellar they are fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Refine on its lees for one year in the tank. The second fermentation is done with the addition of must. Bottled without filtration, without clarification and without added sulphites. Not dosed.A splendid wine thanks to the freshness of Riesling and the tension given by Pinot Bianco. This is Yann's largest production wine. 8000 bottles!

Festejar is a delicious pet nat obtained through the method of fermentation in the bottle with grapes of two particular types of Gamay; the Gamay d'Auvergne and the Gamay de Beaujolais. It has a brilliant ruby red color with a nose that smells of blueberry, red raspberry, mint and a hint of spice. On the palate it is fresh, with a slight residual sugar that immediately feasts.

The Vin de France "D Bulles" is an ancestral method obtained from a meticulous assembly of Mauzac rose and Ondenc, two natives of personality and singular expressive vocation. Marguet Extra Brut Grand Cru Shaman Champagne is obtained from a blend of Pinoy Noir and Chardonnay. The grapes come from vineyards grown in a biodynamic regime, located in the municipalities of Ambonnay and Bouzy. Refine for a period between 3 and 4 years. A champagne with a fine and very persistent perlage. On the nose the aromas are of great elegance and complexity, with hints of candied fruit, notes of exotic fruit and custard. On the palate it is full-bodied, creamy, with a very pleasant freshness. Long and persistent finish.

"La Petite Gaulle du Matin" is a petillant naturel produced with a blend of Chenin and Chardonany. Fresh and simple, it is straw-yellow in color with golden highlights. The nose recognizes fruity, peach and floral aromas with light weeds. The sip is smooth and fresh, with a slightly savory finish.

Les Murgieres Brut Nature by Francis Boulard is a very expressive Champagne made from Pinot noir and Meunier grapes. Fermented in oak barrels and aged for at least 24 months on the lees. The nose expresses an attractive bouquet of dried fruit, white fruit and citrus notes. In the mouth it is full-bodied, fresh with powerful aromatic flavors.

The Champagne Blanc de Blancs Lalore di Val Frison is produced using 100% Chardonnay grapes that come from vineyards located in the village of Ville sur Arce, in the Côtes des Bar. No filtration, spontaneous malolactic fermentation and the use of indigenous yeasts make up the approach for the realization of this cuvée, with 6 months of aging on the lees in cask and another 16 sur lattes. Not dosed. A tense and crystalline blanc de blancs, raw, without unnecessary superstructures. Essential.
