The Naturale Frizzante Sui Lieviti is a light and very lively wine produced with natural refermentation in the bottle. Deep yellow color, subtle and persistent perlage. On the nose floral and fruity scents, flanked by notes of citrus fruits, yeast and bread crust. In the mouth it is lively, with a good body, perfectly balanced by a good acidity. The yeast on the bottom of the bottle gives the wine softness and longevity.

The latest addition to Cirelli is a Pet Nat produced with white grapes. It's hard not to notice it with that label that reproduces the pirate flag with a black background and a skull to contrast with the beautiful yellow of the wine. A wine with an intense gold color with apricot aromas, citrus and honeyed notes. The sip is supported by a nice foam, with excellent freshness and good minerality and flavor. As de les Annèes Folles Ancestrale is an ancestral sparkling wine made from Pineau D'Aunis and Chenin Blanc grapes.
