Wai Bianco is an ancestral method, the result of a blend of Pinot Noir and Riesling. It has a straw yellow color. Santyuste Vino de Pueblo is a tasty and lively white wine produced with Verdejo from vineyards between the ages of 140 and 200, which are found in four different sites at an altitude of about 800-850 meters, planted on calcareous and sandy soils. Znéstra di Crocizia is a sparkling wine based on Malvasia di Candia which is naturally refermented in the bottle. It ages for a few months in steel, then in the bottle with subsequent natural refermentation activated by the residual yeasts. Znéstra has hints of citrus, orange and lemon on the nose, followed by notes of peach and hints of bread crust. On the palate it is juicy, slightly aromatic with a light tannin. An absolutely thirst-quenching and drinkable wine.

Helena is a sparkling wine refermented in the bottle obtained from a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Sankt Laurent grapes. It is produced by Dlúhé Grefty, a Czech company led by Jaroslav Tesařík who together with his family grow about 1.5 hectares of vineyards in Mutěnice and produce around 5,000 bottles of wine every year. Helena is a real bomb, fresh and fragrant, it is advisable to be careful when it is opened. An excellent wine for the whole meal, to drink at least 10 glasses, no 100..but maybe even 1000!
