The Touraine AOC Methode Traditionelle Blanc from Domaine Paget is made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes. Aged on the lees for at least nine months, it boasts fine bubbles and mineral and floral aromas. Domaine des Roches Neuves' Bulles de Roche is an expressive and mineral sparkling wine that was born and grown in Saumur, in the Loire, obtained from a blend of Chenin Blanc, 95% present, and Cabernet Franc, 5%. The base wine ages in wood used in which previously passes the Insolite It remains on the lees for 18 months. At sight it shows an intense yellow color.
