Mea by Matic Wines is a wine refermented using the ancestral method 100% Furmint, a variety locally known as Šipon, is native to the area of the Slovenian part of Styria. The grapes, harvested by hand and selected, are destemmed. The must rests for 48 hours in contact with the skins, after pressing, fermentation takes place in steel tanks.
