ColFondo Agricolo Colli Treviagiani IGT di Bele Casel is a sparkling wine obtained through the refermentation in the bottle, a traditional method of the Asolo hills for many generations. The grapes used are Glera and local varieties such as Bianchetta Trevigiana and Perera, which grow on marly-clayey soils. The nose perfumes are constantly evolving, fresh and fruity aromas in the first months of life, after the year from the date of bottling complexity and intensity are the masters. The sip is mineral, almost salty, persistent. There remains the light hint of bread crust and a light and pleasant bitter taste typical of prosecco.

The "Macerato" sparkling wine from Cantina Furlani is produced using white grapes. The vinification is carried out spontaneously without added yeasts and without temperature control, with a short maceration. For decanting the lunar cycles are followed. The refermentation in the bottle takes place with indigenous yeasts and the wine is clarified with the only use of winter cold. It is not filtered. Zero sulfur dioxide added. A 'la Voleè by Fra I Monti is a sparkling wine produced through the second fermentation in the bottle from white grapes. For the second fermentation in the bottle the same must is used, preserved until the following spring, a period in which the foaming takes place. It is not filtered or disgorged, it is therefore exposed with an evident deposit. A 'la Voleè is a very carefree and friendly bubble that gives aromas of citrus and yellow apple, and a fresh acidity in the mouth, and a surprising pleasantness to drink.

The term "guinguette" in French typically refers to a type of venue located near Paris or along rivers, where a relaxed and informal atmosphere, good food, drinks, and live music reign supreme. It's no coincidence, then, that this Champagne is the perfect embodiment of conviviality and lightheartedness. The grapes, a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Gris, and Petit Meslier, were harvested in the generous 2022 harvest. The must undergoes initial fermentation in steel tanks sur lie and then ages sur lattes until disgorgement in November 2024. A Champagne with great aromatic breadth and vibrant freshness, with a taut and delicately saline finish. Drinkability is guaranteed.

Alpino by Furlani is a sparkling wine obtained from a blend of local aromatic white grapes that come from pergola-grown vineyards. The grapes are harvested in late September and fermented spontaneously. The base wine is fermented in the bottle with the addition of indigenous yeasts only. Sulfur dioxide is not added and the lunar cycles for decanting are followed. It is not filtered. A sparkling wine with aromas of ripe fruit and alpine herbs on the nose. On the palate it is noted for its great freshness, drinkability and enjoyability.

Gaz de Schistes by Domaine Durrman is an aromatic pet nat with citrus scents and a vibrant acidity. The name derives from the schist slopes from which the grapes come. The Pinot Blanc is macerated for three weeks before being blended with Pinot Gris and Riesling, which continue fermentation together before finishing fermentation in the bottle. Lively and spirited, it amuses with every sip.
