Onda Anomala is a rosé wine that comes from red grapes in purity. Spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks and aging for a few months in the same tanks. Unfiltered wine, neither clarified nor added sulfites. Onda Anomala is an intense and bright pink color. The nose releases fruity aromas of black currant, strawberry, pomegranate followed by notes of wild flowers. On the palate it is smooth and agile, tasty, full, with a nice fresh-flavored texture, and an interesting persistence.

Maria Pettena is a rosé wine produced by Piergraziano Sanna a whimsical winemaker from Mamoiada. Refine in used wooden barrels and it has a cherry pink color. The nose is clean, and the aromas are mainly articulated on fruity and floral notes. The sip is full-bodied, good freshness and flavor. Excellent finish with return of fruity notes. A graceful and very pleasant wine, with a particularly incisive drink. A wine absolutely to try.

Cerasuolo di Praesidium is a versatile wine with a great mineral freshness. After fermentation it rests for at least five months in steel barrels. On the nose floral aromas of rose and hints of red berries, followed by notes of mineral nuances. On the palate it is full-bodied, fresh and lively, with good flavor and a fruity finish.

Syrosa is a rosé wine made from Sirah grapes from vineyards that grow on clay soils rich in minerals. Le Cince is a Montepulciano-based rosé wine which ages for 8-10 months in large wooden barrels. Seductive nose that evolves into a beautiful floral expression, in particular pink and violet, followed by hints of raspberry and cassis, and in closing by light mineral notes. In the mouth it is fresh, pulpy, flashes of acidity, very vinous and closes with a nice flavor. A great rosé, captivating, with great personality but with an impressive drink.

Volpe Rosa is the rosé from Cantina Giardino which is made from Coda di Volpe Rossa grapes, an ancient and rare Campania grape variety. 2 days maceration and one year aging in chestnut barrels. It has a copper color with small orange shades. Intense nose sensations of dried flowers with notes of candied fruit and caramelized notes. In the mouth it is dry with an excellent acid texture with a pleasant and invigorating finish. Only 400 bottles produced.

ZerodiBabo Rosato by Marco Merli is a wine obtained from red grapes that grow on clayey-gravelly soils with the method of biodynamic agriculture. Naturally vinified without added yeasts with maceration on the skins for a few hours. Refine in steel and large barrels for a few months.
