The "Susucaru" Rossato is a wine obtained from a blend of Malvasia, Moscato Nero, Inzolia, Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes that come from various vineyards scattered on the nerdy side of Etna with an average age of 50 years. Refine a few months in fiberglass tanks. It has a cherry pink color with aromas of red fruit, notes of spices and minerals. On the palate it is dry, juicy and easy to drink. A straightforward and immediate wine to drink by the liter.

Casa Caterina's Aspirant is a rosé wine made from pure red grapes. The grapes come from vineyards located on a clayey-calcareous subsoil. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts only and then refinement in wood and steel for 12 months. As for the other wines of Casa Caterina, the Aspirant is not filtered or clarified, but it can have a natural deposit in the bottle. A wine that will give you a wide nose with aromas of red berried fruits, spicy touches of black pepper and tobacco. On the palate it is fine and elegant, fresh with good flavor.

Sergio Arcuri's Marinetto is a rosé wine made from Gaglioppo grapes that come from a vineyard with an average age of 12 years. It is vinified in contact with the skins for a few hours, in an open concrete tank. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in concrete vats where the refinement lasts 6 months. a wine that has a beautiful coral pink color, with an interesting fruity and marine nose. On the palate it is vinous, fresh and structured.

The WAW Come Prima by Esencia Rural is a rosé wine macerated in terracotta amphorae of the typical varieties of La Mancha harvested and vinified together. Le Cince is a Montepulciano-based rosé wine which ages for 8-10 months in large wooden barrels. Seductive nose that evolves into a beautiful floral expression, in particular pink and violet, followed by hints of raspberry and cassis, and in closing by light mineral notes. In the mouth it is fresh, pulpy, flashes of acidity, very vinous and closes with a nice flavor. A great rosé, captivating, with great personality but with an impressive drink.
