Casa Caterina's Aspirant is a rosé wine made from pure red grapes. The grapes come from vineyards located on a clayey-calcareous subsoil. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts only and then refinement in wood and steel for 12 months. As for the other wines of Casa Caterina, the Aspirant is not filtered or clarified, but it can have a natural deposit in the bottle. A wine that will give you a wide nose with aromas of red berried fruits, spicy touches of black pepper and tobacco. On the palate it is fine and elegant, fresh with good flavor.

Barbacan's Rosato Igt Alpi Retiche is a wine obtained from Nebbiolo grapes, or better Chiavennasca, with 1/3 of ancient local varieties recovered. Grànatu is a rosé wine made from Magliocco Canino grapes. The name derives from the Calabrian dialect word which means pomegranate. Refine 5 months in steel tanks and 3 months in the bottle. The nose expresses a delicate bouquet with notes of small red fruits, floral scents of rose and violet, and hints of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is very juicy, fresh and dynamic, with an excellent flavor. Closes long and fruity.

Cerasuolo di Praesidium is a versatile wine with a great mineral freshness. After fermentation it rests for at least five months in steel barrels. The "Susucaru" Rossato is a wine obtained from a blend of Malvasia, Moscato Nero, Inzolia, Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes that come from various vineyards scattered on the nerdy side of Etna with an average age of 50 years. Refine a few months in fiberglass tanks. It has a cherry pink color with aromas of red fruit, notes of spices and minerals. On the palate it is dry, juicy and easy to drink. A straightforward and immediate wine to drink by the liter.
