Le Cince is a Montepulciano-based rosé wine which ages for 8-10 months in large wooden barrels. Seductive nose that evolves into a beautiful floral expression, in particular pink and violet, followed by hints of raspberry and cassis, and in closing by light mineral notes. In the mouth it is fresh, pulpy, flashes of acidity, very vinous and closes with a nice flavor. A great rosé, captivating, with great personality but with an impressive drink.

The Semplicemente Vino Bellotti Rosa is a simple, immediate and drinkable rosé wine that ages in large oak barrels. Intense coral pink color, the scents are vinous and fruity. The sip is pleasant, fresh, with a good persistence finish.

Barbacan's Rosato Igt Alpi Retiche is a wine obtained from Nebbiolo grapes, or better Chiavennasca, with 1/3 of ancient local varieties recovered. Lezer is a classic fresh and carefree "snack wine" obtained from Teroldego grapes and an assembly of 10 vinification tests in amphora, wood, steel and cement. On visual examination it shows a light ruby red tending towards purple. On the nose, fragrant aromas of small red fruits, and floral notes. The sip is slender, greedy, smooth, pleasant freshness.

The "Susucaru" Rossato is a wine obtained from a blend of Malvasia, Moscato Nero, Inzolia, Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes that come from various vineyards scattered on the nerdy side of Etna with an average age of 50 years. Refine a few months in fiberglass tanks. It has a cherry pink color with aromas of red fruit, notes of spices and minerals. On the palate it is dry, juicy and easy to drink. A straightforward and immediate wine to drink by the liter.

ZerodiBabo Rosato by Marco Merli is a wine obtained from red grapes that grow on clayey-gravelly soils with the method of biodynamic agriculture.
