A unique interpretation of Bardolino Chiaretto that combines flavor, minerality, complexity and drinkability in an old-time rosé. The first Bardolino rosé to be fermented and aged in wood, Chiar’Otto changed the paradigms of pink wine in Bardolino. The grapes come from six 1966 Veronese pergola parcels that are gathered in a single body on the side of a hill just above the town of Bardolino. The name Chiar'Otto derives from the name "Chiara" which with Daniele is the body and soul of Villa Calicantus and "Otto" the day of the month of June in which Anna, daughter of Chiara and Daniele was born.

Casa Caterina's Aspirant is a rosé wine made from pure red grapes. The grapes come from vineyards located on a clayey-calcareous subsoil. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts only and then refinement in wood and steel for 12 months. As for the other wines of Casa Caterina, the Aspirant is not filtered or clarified, but it can have a natural deposit in the bottle. A wine that will give you a wide nose with aromas of red berried fruits, spicy touches of black pepper and tobacco. On the palate it is fine and elegant, fresh with good flavor.

Alessandro Viola's Rosè is a fresh and fragrant rosé wine that comes from 100% Nero d'Avola grapes. The grapes come from vineyards located on medium-textured and clayey soils located at 250 m.s.l.m. Harvest in the last ten days of September and vinified with spontaneous fermentation at uncontrolled temperature without maceration, then aging in steel for 6 months, only 20 mg of total sulfur dioxide.

Cerasuolo di Praesidium is a versatile wine with a great mineral freshness. After fermentation it rests for at least five months in steel barrels. On the nose floral aromas of rose and hints of red berries, followed by notes of mineral nuances. On the palate it is full-bodied, fresh and lively, with good flavor and a fruity finish.

ZerodiBabo Rosato by Marco Merli is a wine obtained from red grapes that grow on clayey-gravelly soils with the method of biodynamic agriculture. Muster's Rosè is a fresh, light and personality wine obtained from a blend of Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch and Blauer Wildbacher, native Austrian vines. The name "Opok" derives from the limestone-clay soil typical of this area. The wine ages in the same barrels for about 20 months. It is not filtered and no sulfur is added before bottling.
