Fiano Sohpia is a wine with a marked flavor and a lashing vein of freshness that is vinified with long macerations in 200-liter amphorae for over a year. The nose is intense and complex with aromas reminiscent of citrus fruits and flowers, marked mineral and brackish qualities. In the mouth it is enveloping, fresh, material, slightly tannic and excellent persistence.

The Trubiano from Conestabile della Staffa is a white wine macerated from pure Trebbiano grapes. It is amber in color. On the nose the aromas are very intense, with typical oxidized notes, followed by hints of ripe fruit, caramelized, and spices. On the palate it is fascinating, fresh, elegantly tannic and persistent.

Vitoska by Skerk is a macerated white wine made from Vitovska grapes, a native variety closely linked to the territory and local traditions. Refines one year in barriques before being bottled. A golden yellow wine with a delicate aroma of karst wildflowers and hay. In the mouth it is fine and elegant, moderately alcoholic, with a dry flavor, with an almond aftertaste.
