Ronco Severo's Ribolla is a full-bodied and sapid macerated white wine made from 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes, a native Friulian grape variety. In the show glass of golden yellow color. The aging continues in 25/35 hl oak barrels for about 40 months. No clarification or filtration or use of sulfur dioxide throughout the winemaking process. Oslavje is a wine with a slightly coppery golden color. The nose is complex, persistent, with hints of fruit, in particular apple and dried fruit. On the palate it has a broad, mineral taste and at the same time slightly tannic and elegant.

Nekaj is a rich and structured wine made from Friulano grapes from the vineyard on Monte Calvario, just outside Gorizia. The Terrano di Skerlj is a true traditional wine obtained from the homonymous grapes that grow on the clayey and ferrous soils of the Karst. In the cellar, fermentation is carried out with only indigenous yeasts with a long maceration on the skins that enriches the must with aromas and flavors. Refinement lasts at least two years and takes place in wooden barrels set in the cellar dug into the rock. An earthy, taut and vibrant wine, rich in aromas of red berry fruit, with mineral notes and light notes of sweet spices.

Malvasia by Damija Podversic is an elegant and complex wine produced with Istrian Malvasia grapes from the Gradiscutta vineyard. Vitovska "Solo MM18" by Vodopivec comes from the selection of the indigenous grape variety that grows on rocky soil.
