Franco Terpin's IlLegal is a wine macerated on the skins made with "I don't know" grapes that come from an unknown vineyard. A crazy wine which is striking for its magnificent coppery yellow colour, for the fragrant fruity and floral aromas, for the rustic freshness and for the soft and light tannic texture. Left to mature for a few months in large wooden barrels, before being bottled without filtration or clarification. A wine that expresses the territory with strength and personality.

Carlaz DI Walter De Battè is an intense, fresh and vibrant macerated white wine, with a rich and complex aromatic profile. The Berette 2.0 by La Ricolla is a simple, genuine and sincere macerated white wine made from Vermentino grapes. Berette, from the Ligurian saying, “Cuanto ti gou leave inse e berette”, or “How long do you leave it on the skins”. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for 14 days in stainless steel vats. Aging in the same containers with frequent battonage for 10 months. Sinefele Bianco is a white wine macerated on the skins, mostly made from Malvasia grapes, and the rest from Trebbiano and Vermentino. It is golden yellow in color. The nose reveals ample and enveloping aromas of white berry fruit, flowers and aromatic herbs. In the mouth it confirms all this complexity in a whole of great balance between sugar, acidity and freshness. Very long finish.

Bajola Bianco is a macerated wine that comes from white grapes through an old winemaking process in use on the island of Ischia. The color is intense golden yellow. On the nose the aromas are various of white peach, pineapple, cedar and a mineral background. On the palate it is full-bodied, with solid structure and flavor. The ending is endless.

Skerk's Ograde is a macerated white wine that comes from a blend of Vitovska, Malvasia, Sauvignon and Pinot grigio grapes. Aging on the fine lees for 12 months in 550l wooden barrels and 15-20 hl vats. A wine with citrus aromas and spicy notes. On the palate it is rich, full-bodied with good acidity and long persistence.

Shun Minova's Jai Guru Deva is a wine that impresses with its aromatic note and light tannic texture. Obtained from a blend of white grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks with maceration on the skins for one month and aging partly in old acacia barrels and partly in steel. Harmoge by Walter De Battè is an energetic and mineral white wine obtained from a mixture of local white grapes. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins, from 4 to 8 days; while aging takes place in oak barrels for 15 months. A wine that is expressed on the nose with hints of candied fruit, notes of aromatic herbs, hints of resin and flint and sapid tones. On the palate the perfume is rich, soft, with great envelopment and minerality.

Terpin's Quinto Quarto Bianco Sivi is a macerated white wine based on Pinot grigio. The nose has intense aromas of macerated fruit, citrus peel, and notes of spices, resin and acacia honey. On the palate it is dry, enveloping, full-bodied, with good freshness, and with a light tannic texture but absolutely delightful and drinkable.

Ribolla Gialla by Damijan podversic is an elegant and full-bodied orangewine that comes from the grapes of the same name that come from the vineyard located on Monte Calvario, just outside Gorizia. After fermentation, it ages in large barrels for 23 months and rests in the bottle for another 6 months before being put on the market. An amber-yellow colored wine with a complex nose of ripe fruit, hints of almond paste and resinous balsamic. On the palate it is powerful with excellent acidity and elegant tannic texture.
