Harmoge by Walter De Battè is an energetic and mineral white wine obtained from a mixture of local white grapes. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins, from 4 to 8 days; while aging takes place in oak barrels for 15 months. A wine that is expressed on the nose with hints of candied fruit, notes of aromatic herbs, hints of resin and flint and sapid tones. Lo Amo Macerato by Tenuta Belvedere is a white wine macerated from Pinot Grigio grapes. The grapes come from vineyards grown organically which are found on clayey and calcareous soils. The harvest is done manually, and once the grapes arrive in the cellar, they are de-stemmed, pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts without temperature control with a 14-day maceration.
