Christian Tschida's "Non-Tradition" is a fascinating example of how combining different parcels can create a unique and complex tasting experience. Grüner Veltliner grapes come from two distinctive soil types: one limestone and the other on a steep shale slope, both facing south-east and overlooking the lake. The decision to assemble the two wines led to a surprising result: an aromatic complexity and a layering of taste that offer a rich bouquet, with notes of fruit, spices and minerality. The final result is a symphony of flavors that demonstrates how two elements can come together to create something much greater than the sum of the individual parts, a true case in which 1+1 equals 3. A wine that invites to be discovered and appreciated in every nuance of it.

Himmel auf Erden White Grande Cuvée by Christian Tschida proves to be a white wine that captures the essence of a unique terroir. With 70% Grüner Veltliner, 20% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Furmint, this blend comes from a careful selection of grapes, each with its own distinctive characteristics. Fermentation and maturation take place in large barrels, allowing the wine to develop aromatic complexity without overpowering its fresh and vibrant profile. The reworking of the label in 2022, curated by the young Viennese graphic designer Barbora Keherova, brings a touch of modernity and freshness to a wine that already celebrates tradition and excellence. The result is a wine that not only tells the story of its origin, but also invites you to live a sensorial experience that fully recalls the concept of "Himmel auf Erden".
