O... is an orange wine obtained from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon. Maceration in contact with the skins for 3/4 months. The aging continues in 25/35 hl oak barrels for about 40 months. No clarification or filtration or use of sulfur dioxide throughout the winemaking process. Oslavje is a wine with a slightly coppery golden color. The nose is complex, persistent, with hints of fruit, in particular apple and dried fruit. On the palate it has a broad, mineral taste and at the same time slightly tannic and elegant.

Ripetente di Collecapretta is a white wine with excellent minerality and good body, obtained from Trebbiano Spoletino grapes. Cantillon's Gueuze is the final result of a complex blend of Lambics of different ages and with different tastes preserved in oak barrels. Once bottled, the bottles are placed horizontally in a cellar and left to rest for about a year, so that the total transformation of sugars into carbon dioxide takes place, i.e. refermentation. When the process is finished and the lambic turns into a frothy beer it will be called Gueuze.A beer that has an intense golden color, the aromas perceived on the nose and palate are pungent and intense, as the style dictates. The aroma and taste are characterized by acidulous and fruity notes, with hints of wood, leather and background. On the palate the drink is enveloping and characterized by astringent and sour notes that accompany the sip to the end. Suitable for aging.
