Rosso RS is a wine that comes from a blend of Merlot and Pinolo, which come from vines grown on soils consisting mainly of "ponka", the typical soil of Oslavia and its surroundings, composed of marl, sandstone and limestone which gives local wines a unique texture . Aging in oak barrels for about 3 years before resting 6 months in the bottle. It has a ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose expresses aromas of ripe red fruits, with notes of spices and coffee. On the palate it is clean, soft, supported by a nice acid shoulder and a long persistence.

Ageno is an intense macerated white wine with an eighty personality from a blend of local white grapes. It is an amber colored wine due to the long maceration on the skins. The "Principiante" of Santa Colomba is a sparkling wine obtained with the method of refermentation in bottle from Garganega grapes. Ramì is an elegant Sicilian white wine made from Grecanico and Inzolia grapes grown biodynamically on red soil. Spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in concrete, it perfectly expresses the terroir's character. Barbera “Lia Vi” owes its name to a particular type of bird that nests among these vineyards. Obtained from the homonymous grapes in purity coming from vineyards with an average age of 35. Spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks with variable maceration based on the vintage. It continues its refinement for a few months in the same tanks. Ruby red color. On the nose it is perfumed with a bouquet of red fruit and floral notes. In the mouth it is dry, medium-bodied with a good acidic shoulder. An easy-drinking Barbera.
