Abruzzo

Abruzzo is a wine region located in Central Italy. You can not talk about Abruzzo without mentioning Montepulciano and the Trebbiano d'Abruzzo, which is the most cultivated white grape cultivar in Italy, and here it reaches the highest quality peaks. The other cultivated vineyards are Pecorino, Passerina (Abruzzo divides with the Marche the paternity of this vine), Montoncello, Cococciola, which in recent years have been joined by international vines such as Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, The Merlot and the Chardonnay.
