The Vino Cotto of Podere San Biagio is a sweet wine obtained by boiling the must in copper cauldrons. It is caramelized by boiling, raw must is added to start the fermentation and once fermented it is added to the barrel of the previous year. Cooked wine is a traditional wine dating back to the Picene civilization.

The Sangue di Giuda dell’Oltrepò Pavese "Fiore del Vento" by Andrea Picchioni is a sweet and fresh wine with low alcohol content, obtained from a blend of croatina, barbera and rare grapes. The nose is fruity, fragrant, with hints of strawberry, black currant, sour cherry and a note of aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is moderately sweet, harmonious, full, drinkable.
