The Brichet Colli Trevigiani IGT by Casa Coste Piane is a fresh and juicy sparkling wine made from Glera grapes with a small addition of Verdisio. The grapes come from a historic vineyard located at 400 meters above sea level. and the name of the wine is a tribute to the old farmer who took care of it. Red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara which come from vineyards located in Valgatara in the heart of Valpolicella with a very varied, calcareous soil rich in skeleton and well drained. The vinification is carried out in steel barrels for about 10-12 days at a controlled temperature. Aging in steel tanks for about 1-2 years and at least 3 months in the bottle. The color is ruby red with violet reflections of the right body, with the scent of red currant and raspberries, harmonious and velvety fresh in the mouth with hints of fresh fruit.
