Roas is a Valpolicella red wine made from the Bure vineyard, one of the region's most suitable areas. Harvesting takes place as late as possible, allowing each bunch to fully ripen and achieving a deeper and more balanced expression of the fruit. Aged for approximately twelve months in third-passage 500-liter tonneaux. In the glass, Roas is intense yet harmonious, with aromas of morello cherry, fine spices, and delicate balsamic notes. On the palate, it is full and silky, supported by a lively freshness that gives momentum and lengthens the finish. A Valpolicella capable of combining depth and restraint, expressing an elegant and authentic maturity.

“Oran-go” of Santa Colomba is not one of those caricatured “orange wines”, with a troubled and impertinent hand, which show a desire for showiness but lack of formal expertise. This garganega vinified in red is born on the Berici Hills and macerates for ten days in cool steel, before refining part in tanks and part in wood. The result is rewarding: a wine with a veiled golden color, which winds between spices and incense, violet and oriental notes. Its floral timbre is found in the mouth, with a chewable but fine and sweet air. Such elegant executions are rare when it comes to “orange” wines!

The "Principiante" of Santa Colomba is a sparkling wine obtained with the method of refermentation in bottle from Garganega grapes. Amarone di Monte dall'Ora is a powerful and complex red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella that come from 50-year old vines still cultivated with the "married vine" system. The refinement takes place in tonneaux of 5 hl of French oak for 4 years and in bottle for 12 months. The nose recalls dried grapes, with hints of cherry, plum and undergrowth, then closing with integral and refined aromas of pepper, spices and balsamic hints. Aging in oak barrels for about 3/4 years and at least 6 months in the bottle. Wide on the nose, with fresh and decisive aromas of red fruits such as blackberry and cherry, spicy tones reminiscent of chocolate and toasting and sweet notes of vanilla.
