The Neroir has a ruby red color of good transparency. The "Nebbia in Valle" is a fine and elegant red wine produced with Nebbiolo grapes with a balance of local vines that come from vines aged between 10 and 90 years. After harvesting the grapes by hand, fermentation occurs spontaneously in a concrete tank. Stabilization is natural.
