Rosè and The Beast is a bottle refermented wine obtained from red grapes according to the bottle refermentation method. The grapes come from vineyards located on limestone and loamy soils at 350 m.s.l.m. First fermentation in steel tanks without maceration and refermentation in the bottle with the addition of must. A sparkling wine with a lively foam that expresses fresh floral notes and fragrant fruity scents to the nose, offering a pleasant olfactory bouquet. The taste is smooth, fresh and smooth, with good persistence and excellent drinkability. A wine synonymous with celebration and lightness.

Daniele Piccinin's Larion is a fresh wine with an irresistible sip composed of Chardonnay and Durella which come from the vineyards of Ceng iel le, Ceng iel le alte, Pollini bassa, and Verzini. The vinification takes place with maceration on the skins for the Chardonnay, while the Durella is pressed directly. Subsequently, the Durella ages in wood while the Chardonnay remains in steel on the suspended lees all the time. It is a wine that presents a notable richness of aromas ranging from ripe fruit to floral nuances, from dried fruit to spicy notes. At the sip there is a marked flavor, excellent acidity given by Durella, and good structure and minerality.

The "Principiante" of Santa Colomba is a sparkling wine obtained with the method of refermentation in bottle from Garganega grapes. Mons Roni Cannitum is an orange wine produced from a blend of Verdeca, wild Moscatello, and Malvasia grapes. In appearance, it shows an amber–copper hue, typical of skin-contact vinification. On the nose, it reveals a complex and well-defined aromatic profile, with herbaceous notes, ripe exotic fruit, and citrus nuances, complemented by hints of Mediterranean scrub and spices. On the palate, it is fresh and savory, with a balanced structure and a fine, delicate texture. The "Litrotto Rosso" together with its brother "Litrotto Bianco" are the simplest and most immediate wines of L'Archetipo. The name is inspired by the particular one liter size. On the nose it expresses pleasant notes of red fruits, with touches of Mediterranean scrub and savory sensations. Kamara Winery's Retsina is a wine made from roditis and assyrtiko grapes. Il Mille is a red wine obtained from a blend of Pallagrello Nero, Aglianico e Piedirosso. The grapes come from biodynamic vineyards that are located on volcanic soils. The vinification is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts and the refinement takes place in concrete tanks. It does not undergo either clarification or filtration before being bottled. Il Mille has an intense ruby red color. The nose gives us intense aromas of pink fruit with notes of blackberry and floral and spicy touches. On the palate it is of medium intensity, soft with nice freshness and good persistence.

The Ruchè by Gatto vinifies in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for 4 days. A third of the grapes follow an aging of 6 months in cement tanks. It is a bright ruby-colored wine.
