The Chat Fou is a fresh and juicy wine that comes from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Carignan red grapes with a small percentage of a white berry variety, Cinsault. It has a ruby red color. Alpino Macerato by Furlani is a sparkling wine obtained from a blend of local aromatic white grapes that come from pergola-grown vineyards. The grapes are harvested in late September and fermented spontaneously. The base wine is fermented in the bottle with the addition of indigenous yeasts only. Sulfur dioxide is not added and the lunar cycles for decanting are followed. It is not filtered. A sparkling wine with aromas of ripe fruit and alpine herbs on the nose. On the palate it is noted for its great freshness, drinkability and enjoyability.

The "Macerato" sparkling wine from Cantina Furlani is produced using white grapes. The vinification is carried out spontaneously without added yeasts and without temperature control, with a short maceration. For decanting the lunar cycles are followed. The refermentation in the bottle takes place with indigenous yeasts and the wine is clarified with the only use of winter cold. It is not filtered. Zero sulfur dioxide added. A 'la Voleè by Fra I Monti is a sparkling wine produced through the second fermentation in the bottle from white grapes.
