La Vigne de Dom is a rare and surprising white wine born in the heart of the Rhone Valley. A unique and bold blend protected by the freedom of the Vin de France classification: the characteristic structure and enveloping character of Marsanne and Roussanne meet the vertical freshness and acidity of Chardonnay, Chenin, and Riesling, from young vines approximately 10 years old. Produced according to the principles of natural viticulture and harvested by hand, this wine follows a slow and uncompromising artisanal process: spontaneous fermentation in 400L barrels for 12 months, aging in used oak for another year, and finally stabilization in stainless steel for 6 months. The result is a full-bodied, profound wine, unfiltered, unclarified, and without added sulfites. An absolute exclusive, produced in just 800 bottles, ideal for those seeking the authenticity of living artisanal wines.

On the palate, softness combines with a lively freshness, making this wine very pleasant to drink. The dried fruit finish adds further complexity, making it an excellent choice to accompany fish, poultry or fresh cheese dishes.
