Supersonique by Thomas Rouanet is a deep and intense red wine produced in the Languedoc region. It is a blend of Carignan, Aramon, and Cinsault, produced from vineyards of at least 70 years, the fermentation takes place spontaneously with only indigenous yeasts. Part of the maceration is carried out with whole bunches while the refinement takes place in oak barrels and lasts about 10 months. A wine that fully reveals all the nuances of the terroir it comes from.

Barbera d’Alba D.O.C. Superiore by Segni di Langa is a wine of great structure and intensity. It has not undergone any type of treatment, if not natural fermentation and obsessive care in the vineyard first and then in the cellar. Ages 12 months in 2, 3 and 4 year old barriques. It has a deep ruby red color. The nose reveals aromas reminiscent of black cherry, cassis and violet. In the mouth it is enveloping warm, full and full-bodied.

Jean Foillard's Morgon Classique is a red wine made from Gamay grapes from old vines located on soils rich in Maganese and schists. Vinification with spontaneous fermentation and semi-carbonic maceration, a typical practice of the area. It continues its aging in wood for 6 months. It has a garnet red color with aromas ranging from rhubarb, blackberry, pepper and cinnamon. In the mouth it is light with tannins are silky and very drinkable.

Sylvian Pataille's Marsannay Rouge is a 100% Pinot Noir red wine grown on calcareous clay soil. Vinification with whole bunches in steel with maceration of about 3 weeks. The wine then ages for 24 months in barriques. On the nose aromas of red fruits, accompanied by spicy hints. On the palate the wine is deep, silky, velvety. Morgon Vieilles Vignes is Guy Breton's main wine that comes from Gamay grapes that come from 80-year-old vineyards. Aging in used barriques for at least third passage on the lees for 10 months. The nose gives aromas of cherry, red fruits and smoked mineral puffs. In the mouth it is deep, chameleon-like for its ability to change according to the seconds that pass in the glass, with a fine tannin and a long sip that ends in a savory finish.

Regnie di Guy Breton is a red wine made from 100% Gamay grapes that come from vineyards planted by Guy Breton's grandfather. Refinement in barriques used for at least third passage on fine lees for 8 months. It shows a beautiful bright ruby red color. The nose releases aromas of ripe fruit, deriving from the sandy soil, after which the granite subsoil comes out with a fan of mineral salts.
