Berteru Riserva is a powerful and elegant red wine made from Cannonau grapes which ages for two years of rest in small barrels. The eye gives a beautiful intense ruby red, tending towards garnet. On the nose the olfactory bouquet is rich and deeply fruity, supported by hints of ripe cherry, myrtle, plums and wild blackberries. The palate is warm and full-bodied, with excellent structure, soft tannins and long persistence.

TZERB eRetico di Orto Tellinum is a wine obtained mainly from Chiavennasca grapes to which small quantities of Rossola, Brugnola, Pignola, Traunasca, Merlina and other rare and autochthonous ones that come from old vines cultivated in a natural way are added. "Tzerb" "is the word used in the local dialect to indicate an abandoned land. The vinification takes place with spontaneous fermentation with long macerations on the skins that can last up to 30 days. Refine for 12 months in steel.

Segreto by Cascina Ebreo is an extraordinary powerful and elegant red wine made from red grapes. Aging takes place in oak barrels for 26-30 months. The Taurasi di Perillo is a red wine obtained from pure Aglianico grapes. A structured and important wine that spontaneously ferments in steel and wooden vats, and refines in cask and barrique for 20 months and for many others in bottle. Deep ruby red color. Berteru Sa Cava de Pulenaria is a red wine produced with 100% Cannonau grapes that come from the vineyard called "Sa Cava de Pulenaria", which is located on granite soils. Aging in steel tanks for nine months. A wine with aromas of red berried fruits, pomegranate and blackberry, followed by notes of dried herbs, black tea, juniper, rosemary and hints of smoke. Amarone di Monte dall'Ora is a powerful and complex red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella that come from 50-year old vines still cultivated with the "married vine" system. The refinement takes place in tonneaux of 5 hl of French oak for 4 years and in bottle for 12 months. The nose recalls dried grapes, with hints of cherry, plum and undergrowth, then closing with integral and refined aromas of pepper, spices and balsamic hints. In the mouth it is enveloping , dense and complex, with a very long persistence.

Francesco presents us this little gem produced in only 400 bottles, produced with red grapes. The grapes that grow on clayey soils are left to overripe on the plant. Harvested in the first week of September, after destemming the must is slowly fermented in barriques where it is refined for 7 years. The gradual drainage determines a slight oxidation helping to define an intense, territorial wine with an incredible complexity.
