TZERB eRetico di Orto Tellinum is a wine obtained mainly from Chiavennasca grapes to which small quantities of Rossola, Brugnola, Pignola, Traunasca, Merlina and other rare and autochthonous ones that come from old vines cultivated in a natural way are added. "Tzerb" "is the word used in the local dialect to indicate an abandoned land. The vinification takes place with spontaneous fermentation with long macerations on the skins that can last up to 30 days. Refine for 12 months in steel.

Campo di Raina is a red wine obtained from the homonymous grapes coming from the Di Campo Raina vineyard. Aging for 14 months in 5 hl French tonneaux, 6 months in stainless steel and finally 6 months in bottle before being put on the market. The nose expresses notes of red fruit where blackberry, currant, black cherry jam and spicy hints are recognized. In the mouth it is warm, robust, enveloping with impetuous tannins at a young age that will become fine with the passage of time, a persistent finish with fruity hints. Is of a deep ruby red color. Schioppettino by Bressan is purplish red with aromas reminiscent of wild blackberry, raspberry and blueberry, followed by the ever-present peppery notes. The Montepulciano d'Abruzzo by Emidio Pepe is a red wine obtained from the homonymous grapes from vineyards located on clayey soils worked with biodynamic methods. Spontaneous fermentation in 22 and 30 hl vitrified concrete tanks without pumping over and aging on the fine lees in vitrified concrete tanks for 2 years. Hand-bottled without filtration, bottle aging. Before being put on the market, it is decanted by hand from bottle to bottle. Intense ruby red color. Intense hints of red fruit and spices. Amarone di Aldrighetti is a splendid wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara which come from vineyards located in Valgatara in the heart of Valpolicella with a very varied, calcareous soil rich in skeleton and well drained. Aging in oak barrels for about 3/4 years and at least 6 months in the bottle. Wide on the nose, with fresh and decisive aromas of red fruits such as blackberry and cherry, spicy tones reminiscent of chocolate and toasting and sweet notes of vanilla. In the mouth it is warm, balanced, persistent, soft tannins, with hints of leather, liqueur and notes of withering on the finish is an intense ruby red color.

Giuseppe Cortese's Barbaresco Rabajà is a wine made from Nebbiolo grapes that come from the famous Rabajà vineyard, four hectares facing south, south-west. Spontaneous vinification and aging for 20/22 months in Slavonian oak barrels ranging in size from 17 to 25 hectoliters. A garnet red wine. Amarone di Monte dall'Ora is a powerful and complex red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella that come from 50-year old vines still cultivated with the "married vine" system. The refinement takes place in tonneaux of 5 hl of French oak for 4 years and in bottle for 12 months. The nose recalls dried grapes, with hints of cherry, plum and undergrowth, then closing with integral and refined aromas of pepper, spices and balsamic hints.
