Spontaneous fermentation with 3 weeks maceration. Aging in steel for 12 months. It is a pleasant Cabernet Franc that does not lack, at the same time, freshness. You can enjoy it immediately or you can decide to keep it for a few years.

The Syrah of Domaine des Miquettes is a fruity and highly drinkable red wine made from the grapes of the same name. Jalava by Le Temps des Cerises is a light and delicately fruity red wine based on cinsault, obtained with a 10-day carbonic maceration. No Sulfite No Cry by Lilian Bauchet is a vibrant and fruity red wine produced with Gamay grapes that come from one of the best areas of Beaujolais.
