Gattorosso by Sàgona is a juicy and medium-bodied red wine made with an important base of Sangiovese, to which are added other red berried grapes traditionally grown in Tuscany: Malvasia Nera, Colorino, Ciliegiolo and Canaiolo. Fermentations take place separately for each grape variety with indigenous yeasts in concrete and steel tanks with maceration on the skins for about 20 days. The wine then ages for 10 months in concrete and steel tanks.

Lollo di Luca Bevilacqua is a fresh and delicious red wine produced from pure red grapes. The Litrozzo Rosso from Azienda Agricola Le Coste is a red wine obtained from a blend of red grapes. Manual grape harvest and spontaneous fermentation thanks to indigenous yeasts without the addition of sulfur dioxide. Aging in resin vat for a few months and then immediately in the bottle. Litrozzo Rosso is ruby red in color. The nose has an aromatic profile all played on the tones of red fruit. The sip is soft and juicy, with good body and balanced in acidity, and with a good finish. "El Gat Ros" by Carolina Gatti is a red wine for its lightness and rusticity of drink.
