The Vin de France Rouge "Pacha" by Domaine Padiè is a thick red wine obtained from 100% Carignan grapes. The grapes are the selection of old centenary plots located mainly on calcareous soils. The name is a tribute to Georges Lautner's film.

The Saumur-Champigny of the Domaine des Roches Neuves is a fresh and elegant red wine made from Cabernet Franc grapes only, the most cultivated red berried grape in the Saumur area where it has perfectly acclimatised thanks to the particularity of the soil and climate. It ages for 4 months in steel and oak vats before being bottled. At sight it is ruby red in color. The nose expresses beautiful notes of blackberry, violet, coffee and leather. In the mouth it is full and tasty, fresh and well defined. Excellent closure, clean and persistent.

Pierre Frick's Pinot Noir Strangenberg is a red wine which on the nose develops interesting aromas of red berry fruit including black cherry and blackberry, mineral and spicy hints. The mouth is warm and rich, supported by tannins, and a beautiful freshness with flavors of spices, incense, cassis and with a long finish of black cherry.

If Hou La La by Laurent Lebled is a Loire wine produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. The vinification takes place with a 20-day carbonic maceration followed by an aging of a few months in fiberglass. Perfect to accompany hearty dishes and succulent meats.

Indomptaple by Domaine De Mena is a vibrant red wine with a complex nose that comes from syrah grapes. Non-interventional vinification, with maceration in whole bunches for 6 days. Aging in old wooden barriques for 6 months. It is not filtered, nor is sulfur added before being bottled.

Bruno Duchêne's Lune is a splendid red wine made from a blend of Grenache Noir, Carignan and Mourvèdre. that come from 50-year old vineyards that are found on soils composed mainly of shale so steep that Bruno can simply use a horse to plow. Refine for 2/3 in vats and 1/3 in barrique. Luna Rouge has a deep ruby red color. The nose recognizes hints of red berries, floral and spicy notes. On the palate it is greedy, of incredible finesse, inscribed in freshness and balance, elegant tannins. A true "great bottle" of Roussillon that combines the freshness of glou glou wines and the depth of great reds.
