Bruno Duchêne is originally from Loir-et-Cher, a French department in the central region of the Loire. In 2002, he bought small plots of vineyards on the steep slopes that overlook the town of Banyuls, 300 miles above sea level. In this difficult environment, where the discomfort of the work is anything but an abstract notion, Bruno does a hard work to practice organic farming most of his vineyard, where we find old vineyards that give grenache noir, gris and grapes. blanc, macabeu, malvasia and moscato. In the winery, Bruno tries to intervene as little as possible with spontaneous vinification and the minimum use of sulfur, so as to give life to wines that represent the territory.
