The Barbera d'Alba DOC by Olek Bondonio is a wine made from grapes that come from a 30-year-old vineyard. Ferments with the skins for two weeks and refines in large barrels and steel. Roero di Valfaccenda is a highly expressive red wine that comes from Nebbiolo vines, coming from the Loreto, Monpellini and Valmaggiore vineyards. The Dolcetto di Dogliani SuperioreValdibà by San Fereolo is a fresh and medium-structured wine produced with the grapes of the same name that come from the vineyards located on the south-east and north-west side of the San Fereolo hill. It has a beautiful ruby red color with violet reflections, typical aromas of red fruit, blueberry, cherry, blackberry and vegetable notes. On the palate it is vinous, fresh, with unobtrusive tannins, it closes long with an almondy finish.
