The "Ipazia" Bonarda by the glass has an intense and brilliant ruby red color, with violet reflections that are found in the creamy foam. Rossese by Rocche del Gatto is a red wine made from the grapes of the same name. Aged 12 months in steel. The Neroir has a ruby red color of good transparency.
