Alea Viva is a red wine made from pure red grapes that grow on a volcanic soil at 450 m above sea level. 18 months aging in steel / cement barrels and at least 2 months in bottle before being put on the market. Alea Viva has a ruby hue with a nail that turns towards the garnet. Delicate on the nose with floral notes of pink and violet and fruity sensations of dark tones, which evoke berries and plum. In the mouth it is enveloping, warm with fruity returns and a broad gustatory development and a long finish on ferrous notes

The Litrozzo Rosso from Azienda Agricola Le Coste is a red wine obtained from a blend of red grapes. Manual grape harvest and spontaneous fermentation thanks to indigenous yeasts without the addition of sulfur dioxide. Aging in resin vat for a few months and then immediately in the bottle. TThe Guercio of Tenuta di Carleone is a 100% Sangiovese red wine, 100% Sangiovese from the "Mello" vineyard in Gaiole in Chianti, 700 m above sea level. The grapes are harvested late to obtain maximum ripeness. Fermented in concrete tanks with 20% of whole bunches. The very long 4-month maceration gives this wine a wonderful fruity character, which differentiates it from more classic styles.

Il Mille is a red wine obtained from a blend of Pallagrello Nero, Aglianico e Piedirosso. The grapes come from biodynamic vineyards that are located on volcanic soils. The vinification is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts and the refinement takes place in concrete tanks. It does not undergo either clarification or filtration before being bottled. Il Mille has an intense ruby red color. The nose gives us intense aromas of pink fruit with notes of blackberry and floral and spicy touches. On the palate it is of medium intensity, soft with nice freshness and good persistence.
