Sylvian Pataille's Marsannay Rouge is a 100% Pinot Noir red wine grown on calcareous clay soil. Vinification with whole bunches in steel with maceration of about 3 weeks. The wine then ages for 24 months in barriques. On the nose aromas of red fruits, accompanied by spicy hints. On the palate the wine is deep, silky, velvety. To be consumed in front of a dinner in the company of a group of gourmet friends.

On the palate it is soft, warm, with fine and elegant tannins, and good acidity and flavor.
