The Girotondo Rosso from Agricola i Forestieri is a wine that expresses with great freshness and liveliness the terroir of the hills on which its grapes grow. Red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara which come from vineyards located in Valgatara in the heart of Valpolicella with a very varied, calcareous soil rich in skeleton and well drained. The vinification is carried out in steel barrels for about 10-12 days at a controlled temperature. Aging in steel tanks for about 1-2 years and at least 3 months in the bottle. The color is ruby red with violet reflections of the right body, with the scent of red currant and raspberries, harmonious and velvety fresh in the mouth with hints of fresh fruit.

"Saltamartì" by Els Vinyerons is a juicy red wine, dominated by plum, currant and raspberry tones. Obtained from Tempranillo grapes of the 2022 vintage which are macerated on the skins for 3 days before aging in steel tanks. In the next phase, it is combined with part of the 2021 vintage which ages for 12 months in old 300 L French oak barrels. Finally, the wine was left to rest in tanks for a few weeks before bottling. The result is a rich and generous red wine, which well expresses the terroir of origin and the strong bond with tradition.
